As part of the fast paced lifestyle of Hong Kong, people tend to eat
more and exercise less; even kids and teenagers are having overweight
problems, which may pose a long term health threat.  

In view of this, our Centre would like to introduce youngsters to
dancing.  As a good alternative to other sports, dancing not only
provides training in motor skills and coordination, but also improve
cardiovascular fitness.  In addition, during the learning process,
students will improve their social skills and gain better self-confidence.
